Terms of Service
These terms govern access to websites and software operated by Northbrik Systems Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) trading as Reachform in England and Wales.
Service
Reachform is a B2B lead discovery workspace for agencies and web professionals to locate businesses that publicly appear poorly served online, generate illustrative preview content, and prepare outreach drafts. Output is indicative only and remains your responsibility commercially and legally.
Accounts
Where authentication is offered you must maintain accurate credentials. Abuse, credential sharing contrary to contractual limits, or circumvention of security may result in suspension.
Acceptable use
- No harassment or intimidation directed at identifiable individuals;
- No bulk unsolicited contact that would breach privacy or communications law;
- No attempt to circumvent rate limits or scrape Reachform systems;
- You remain solely responsible for your direct marketing compliance (including PECR 2003 in the UK).
Data brokerage disclaimer
Reachform is not a list broker; we licence software that surfaces transient public-directory context. Persistent commercial databases exported from Reachform remain your compliance obligation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law Northbrik Systems Ltd's aggregate liability arising from these Terms (whether contractual, tortious, or statutory) shall be limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months or £250 (whichever is higher), except liability that cannot legally be capped (including death/injury from negligence or deliberate wrongdoing).
We do not endorse the accuracy or currency of listings returned by upstream directory APIs and provide the service without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness.
Governing law & jurisdiction
Subject to overriding consumer protections, these Terms will be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
